  • Mrs. Greedhary is a Board member at Rose CCS. She possesses

25 years of experience in sugarcane cultivation. She participates actively in all the activities of the organisation. She has developed a sense of belonging in the Society and is very satisfied with the services that are actually offered by her

  • rganisation since it has joined Fairtrade.

She is constantly involved in the decision making process to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. She is also providing assistance to the Environmental representative to ensure that members are in conformity with Fairtrade Environmental standards. According to her women should break the ice and maintain their self-confidence to participate wholeheartedly in their SPOs.
