SLIDE 10

More highlights :

  • High capacity : Up to 100.000 units per day demonstrated, 70-

80.000 per day on a regular basis.

So we can conclude : The Anker Andersen counting and sorting equipment has with now more than 10000 hours of operations fully demonstrated that it is suitable to install in larger Albertan bottle depots. It improves efficiency, throughput and reliability in a cost- effective manner.

slide-14
SLIDE 14

Compact design means :

  • Less footprint (save your warehouse space)
  • Simple and efficient compactors without additional conveyors
  • Better pricing for the compactors (talk with NexGen about this)

Only problem :

  • Access to the Duo-Disc (Walkways/ladders)

First conclusion : Due to the variety of containers in the deposit system it is necessary to have a dedicated operator to operate the customer station. Second conclusion : We will use light curtains to count the difficult objects.

A few comments :

  • The remaining unsorted 10 cent containers will for the most part

be glass bottles. They are delivered in carton packs and are taken around the machíne.

  • The unsorted fractions will have to be sorted manually. It is

however possible to use the machine for counting of the sorted fractions.

  • Yearly capacity from 4 to 10 million containers per year per

machine.

  • You can always start with 1 unit and see how it works before

adding the next units.

slide-35
SLIDE 35
  • You can start out with manual sorting and add the other

functions at a later time. With an AA customer station you will have :

  • First class customer service
  • Minimum manual sorting
  • No manual counting
