KEY EVENTS IN 2015-2016

  • Commercial produc8on begins at the Elder Mine on January 1st 2016;
  • Transfer of Elder explora8on and evalua8on assets into property, plant, and

equipment assets with impact on accoun8ng rendi8on;

  • As of January 1st 2016, gold and silver sales accounted for in the revenue category;
  • Hiring of Ms Chris8ne Lefebvre as chief accountant of Abcourt Mines;
  • Improvement in health and safety record;
  • Purchase of the Sleeping Giant Mine along with four mining leases and nine

explora8on proper8es, two of which with historical resources containing some 791 000 ounces of gold;

  • Acquisi8on of all opera8ng and environmental permits to operate Sleeping Giant

and $4,0 M in deposit for site rehabilita8on;

  • On August 15, 2016, the Sleeping Giant Mill starts processing the Elder Mine ore;
  • Signing of a collec8ve agreement for the Sleeping Giant employees;
  • Ajer total yearly sales of $ 23.98M in gold and silver, Abcourt Mines closed the

year with gold and silver stocks plus gold resources stockpiles worth $3.2M, and cash and term deposits worth $2.5 M;

  • Assets increased by $10M to $33.6M while liabili8es increased by only $6.8M

mainly due to provisions for restora8on of both mine sites.
