Enterprise Continuity Planning
Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) strengthens the City’s ability to recover from disruptions to Staff, Leadership, Facilities, or IT and HR Systems. The online planning system and contractor services will support staff efforts in the training, testing, exercising, and evaluation of department COOP plans.
