  • 1. Completed & signed registration forms from ALL tribe members

(Available in lobby)

  • 2. Program fees from each tribe member.

We will only release first year kits and supplies when we receive a completed tribe’s registration. This process is to ensure that everyone is entered in our system accurately and efficiently. If you do not have ALL forms and payments tonight, you can deliver them to our office no later than Friday, September 29.
