Ash, Poplar, Box Elder, Basswood, Willow, Silver Maple, Common Catalpa, Horse Chestnut, Tree of Heaven, and Chinese Elm Trees shall be prohibited within the village. Further, no person shall plant within the village any of the following trees without first
