This agreement defines the relationship between My Kids Dentist and each individual dental practice in the program, and clarifies the services provided by My Kids Dentist and the opportunities and obligations for the participating dental practices and their nominees. In this document: WE refers to My Kids Dentist YOU refers to the participating dental practice and their nominated dentist/s.
