What is Hynt? ● A Card Scheme ● A Resource ● A Network 4
The Card ● Free to customers ● Valid in any Hynt venue ● Cardholders get a free ticket for their Companion, Carer or Personal Assistant 5

Application process ● There is a single central application process ● Application forms are printable from the website ● There is an automatic Eligibility Criteria ● Customers must include supporting evidence ● Anyone who is not automatically eligible but feels they still need support can go through Arbitration 7
Automatic Eligibility Criteria ● ● Enhanced or Standard Rate Armed Forces Independence PIP Daily Living Component Payment (AFIP) ● ● DLA High or Middle Rate Registered for Direct Care Component Payments ● ● High Rate Attendance Social Services Care Allowance Package ● ● Certificate of Visual Continuous Healthcare Impairment Package ● ● War Disablement Pension Dual Sensory impairment 8
Arbitration Arbitration is an important part of Hynt. It means that if you are not automatically eligible for Hynt you might still be able to join the scheme. Arbitration is managed by Diverse Cymru and supported by a group of Advisors with a range of knowledge, skills and expertise pan- impairment and pan-Wales. Some of them belong to national disability charities or support organisations, some are part of local access groups or independent living associations 9

Hynt is a network It means that all the theatres and arts centres that are part of Hynt are committed to improving accessibility to arts and culture. We are working together to remove the barriers to access and engagement. 11
