Legislation -Traffic Management Act 2004 Responsible for enforcing all on-street parking restrictions throughout the County of Cornwall and all off-street parking in Cornwall Council managed car parks 37 Civil Enforcement Officers across 7 bases

What can we do?

• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) to vehicles

What we can’t do

• Direct Traffic
• Issue a PCN when a vehicle is causing an obstruction,

and no Parking restrictions are present

• Remove a vehicle (assisting ABV team)
