WORKING WITH THE YOUTH
§ Students often really enjoy their work.
§ Make sure their accomplishments are praised and their ideas/input is respected § Allow them the space to work on things that interest them
§ Young people are often less accustomed to responsibility without consequence
§ There is no reason that they have to be there, so motivation must be found in other ways
§ Utilize their connection to social media and popular culture to update the organization
