How does the program work? STEP 1 become a XOOM Energy customer. Register your account at http://xoomenergy.com/partner/5linx/en/free-energy located in your back-office STEP 2 acquire and maintain 15 qualified* XOOM Energy customers (all accounts, including your own, must remain in Good Standing). Electricity and natural gas will be treated as separate services. To get a gas credit, you will need to maintain a minimum of 15 qualified gas customers. To get an electricity credit, you will need to maintain a minimum of 15 qualified electricity customers STEP 3 receive a XOOM Energy Rewards Cards for up to FREE of your commodity charges monthly. Reward is based on the average commodity usage of the qualified Natural Gas (minimum of 15 ) or Electricity accounts (minimum of 15 ) *Residential accounts only. Small Commercial customers on meters that may be deemed "residential" by their local utility will not qualify for this program. Customers only acquired from 10/01/2014 and forward count toward qualification.
