  • 1985: Foundation at the first EGEE conference in

Paris

  • 1987: Thanks to AEGEE’s extensive advocacy, the

ERASMUS Programme is established

  • 1988: Launch of the

Summer University Project

  • 1989: Opening of AEGEE towards the East (East-West

Working Group/ “Quo Vadis?”-Project

  • 1996: Headquarters move to Brussels
  • 2004: Turkey joins the ERASMUS Programme thanks

to the advocacy of AEGEE-Istanbul and AEGEE- Ankara

  • 2009 & 2013 : YOUrope Needs YOU and Europe on
