Purpose • CAF members and their families make sacrifices as a result of military service which can have long-lasting impacts on Veterans and their families • The purpose of this presentation is to: • explain the CFMWS Programs/Services provided to Members, Veterans and their families • identify areas for collaboration to enhance benefits to Veterans and their families 2

Military Employment Transition • Development of Canada Company Military Employment Transition (MET) Program web portal (one stop shop) - a national program that supports transitioning CAF members • MET will improve the transition experience by: – Aligning skills, knowledge and experience of transitioning CAF members with needs of employers – Connecting members and Veterans with employer partners across Canada Tim Horton’s Franchisee 17
