T he WCSSF T he WCSSF has 12 Clubs that par tic ipate thr oughout the ye ar : Be n Da vis, Cla y, Da nville , L e b a no n, Mill Cre e k, Mo ntg o me ry, Pla infie ld, Spe e dwa y, T riWe st, USAi, We stside , a nd Be e c h Gro ve . E ac h of the se c lubs ar e the ir own individual e ntity with se par ate bylaws, r ule s, gove r ning boar ds, e tc . T he WCSSF has made it mandator y that e ac h c lub have a r e pr e se ntative at 75% of all WCSSF me e tings. T he r e will be a fe e of $1000 dollar s asse sse d if a c lub fails to se nd r e pr e se ntation to the me e tings and will not be allowe d to par tic ipate until the fe e has be e n paid.

  22. Assignors and Referees Assignor Must Do’s 1. Assign age appropriate referees, failure to have age appropriate referees w ill mean a forfeit for the home team. 2. Be there to check on referees, praise and criticism in equal amounts. 3. Communicate concerns and perceptions to referees as it occurs.
