Authorised bidder

  • Participants can nominate an authorised bidder to

submit a bid on their behalf

  • On lodgement, the authorised bidder declares that

they have the “legal capacity and authority to bind the participant to the bid”

  • You participate at auction via AusTender
  • You access AusTender & register as a new user
  • You have one bid per contract
  • You submit bid form via AusTender

  • You will be notified in 5 business days – contract
