Atlas Service Center is open for Business Building E17 • Executive Vice President and Treasurer Israel Ruiz had the vision for what is now the Atlas Service Center. • Housed in a newly designed space, the center brings together an array of services for the MIT community, now in a single location. • “The center really captures a sense of MITness, of playfulness, of building things, of discovery, and of community”. It has already been a great introductory experience for new employees and students who come to MIT.

MIT IT is Built on Partnerships • Many people came together to help realize the vision of providing services to the community members needs. • Our partnerships are instrumental in offering a quality customer experience at the Atlas Service Center to ensure accurate and detailed services are being provided to the community at any given time. • We take pride in our ability to work cohesively with the MIT community at large and our many partners.

  6. The Atlas Service Center Team • The Atlas Service Center is managed by Kathleen Flynn. Along side her are key departmental leaderships, that with their expertise allows the center to function smoothly. They are: • Parking and Transportation, Tom Giannino and Robynn Cruz Walker • Card Services, Shueh-Lin Lee • IS&T, Matt Wollman and Kyle Filipe • Human Resources-Tax Treaty I9 specific, Charles Ormsbee and Marsha Dailey • The Specialists and Generalist who make sure these services are executed daily in a professional and timely manner.

Our Services • ID cards and passport photos • Commuting benefits (T-pass, parking, and other options) • I-9 employment eligibility verification • Tax treaty guidance • IT walk-in center and computer repair services • TechCASH • Background checks and finger printing • New employee orientation • Post-Doc orientation

  9. Amenities To The Atlas Service Center The Atlas Service Center is a welcoming environment where the community can gather. Along with the multiple services provided, i t’s appeal includes: • Open concept • Meeting space • Interactive map • Coffee station
