January 29, 2020 Incoming Freshmen Scheduling Workshop February 3, 2020 Honors Application and Self-Assessment Questionnaire available via the Guidance Department Webpage February 14, 2020 Honors Application Deadline February 27, 2020 Copy of core course requests, including Honors Application decisions, are mailed to all 8th graders along with Realtime access codes. March 20, 2020 Deadline to enter World Language and Elective requests via Realtime March 21, 2020 OPTIONAL - Student scheduling appointments at SHS Guidance Office. These appointments are designed to address questions about academic programs or modify students’ course requests. May 1, 2020 Deadline to appeal a previously denied honors course by including 3rd marking period grades. Instructions for submitting the appeal are located on Guidance Department webpage. May 29, 2020 Deadline to make any changes to course requests. Early August 2020 Student schedules are released via Realtime.
