Mapro d.o.o., produces and markets hydraulic cylinders, chromium-plated piston rods, rods, seals and other essential components for the production of hydraulic cylinders. Our range of products encompasses everything starting from simpler assignments, to the most demanding high-tech cylinders and hydraulic components.

FLEXIBILITY IN MANUFACTURE

At Mapro, we dedicate a lot of our attention to the on-going education of our experts, to the most modern software and a modern machine room. This enables us to perform fast, accurate and effjcient treatment of hydraulic cylinders, even when faced with the most demanding and specifc requirements of our customers. Every high-tech cylinder is manufactured with exceptional attention to detail and precision. We manufacture cylinders up to 6 metres in length and up to 400 millimetres in diameter. Machine room:

• three machine saws for cutting materials, of these there are

two CNC saws capable of cutting up to 300mm in diameter,

• CNC processing centre VF 3,
• CNC lathe SKT28 for larger work pieces, even up to 80kg,
• lathe up to 6m of lathe length,
• cutter and multiple drilling machines,

PROVEN QUALITY

Cooperation with the expert public We consider our cooperation with the Faculty of Machine Engineering at the University of Ljubljana to be one of the biggest recognitions of our work. We are included in the School in the Economy projects, Partnership seminars and work, as well as the international European project, Cross Inno. Within the framework of the projects mentioned, we take high school students and college students of machine engineering, as well as delegations of experts from Slovenia and Europe on various tours. We frmly believe in the exchange of experiences, which is why we gladly share our knowledge. 7 100% tested At Mapro d.o.o., quality is built in from the very beginning, starting with the planning of the product, and continuing on with the purchase of the raw materials, intermediate and fnal controls. Every cylinder which leaves Mapro is 100% tested. Each and every one is washed, waxed, cleaned and tested after manufacture using our testing

• equipment. Testing seal tightness is conducted in

accord with ISO standards. Our high-tech cylinders are tested twice. It is exactly because of our thorough checking that customers who buy our cylinders can completely trust and believe in their safety and quality.
