Batch prescriptions are produced every 2 weeks and signed by Dr Toerien. They will be couriered to your pharmacy with a covering letter which includes: 1) Number of prescriptions enclosed 2) Names of the clients 3) Prescription serial numbers 3) The dates that the prescription covers Pharmacists are asked to check the following:

All prescriptions are correct and follow on
If there are any errors or you feel some prescriptions are missing

Then to confirm that the prescriptions have been received either:

Sign & date the letter from CGL and fax back
Phone CGL and ask to speak to the members of staff detailed on the letter
In addition if you normally receive prescriptions by post from CGL each week

and none have arrived, please contact us a.s.a.p.
