Virginia

 Tax credit extended till January 1, 2020

(expired January 1, 2015)

 Corporations shall be allowed a credit against

the state income tax in an amount equal to 20% of the capitalized cost of machinery and equipment used for recycling

 Taxation deadline May 1, 2016  Applicants shall file Form RMP by May 1, 2016

with Taxation

 Form RMP filers will be notified of the allowable

credit by June 30. Since the due date for individual income tax returns is May 1, most claimants will need to file the tax return on extension or amend the
