Analysis of Existing Parking Standards

• Compare off-street parking standards to similar

“smart growth” cities

• Analyze the adequacy of the current parking-in-

lieu fee

• Determine if the existing fee is adequate
• Explore using the fee to fund mobility options
• Evaluate expansion of existing program

Parking Management Plan

• Summarize all data collected and analyzed

including an overall summary of the study process, findings and recommendations

• Identify specific action items to be implemented

to improve parking and mobility
