The state is asking for all Kindergarten parents to complete these two questionnaires online. This will provide a quick check of your child’s development, showing your child’s strengths and areas where he/she might need more help or practice.

This can be completed on a computer or mobile device (phone or tablet). You may also come into the school to use a computer.
