KSC IDI Community Portal • Portal is an initiative of KSC and IDI to provide a forum for the INTOSAI community to interact on regular basis. • Designed to enable free communication, knowledge sharing and dissemination of information. • Would also serve as a single window of information on the activities of Knowledge Sharing Committee and the Working Groups under it.

Community of Practice (COP) • Enables members to interact with each other in their pursuit of a common practice. • Allows the members to share experience and work together on the topics of mutual interest in true INTOSAI spirit of 'Experience benefits all.'

COP of WGPD • Presentation by IDI in Manila • Member SAIs appreciated the need • Manager CoP was agreed upon • Further course of action after revamping of the portal

Revamping of KSC IDI Portal • Pursuant to the presentation by IDI in Manila a meeting was held in New Delhi on the 14 December 2017 to discuss various challenges faced in maintaining robust Communities of Practice. • WGPD was represented by me • It was informed that to foster robust CoPs there was a need to revamp the portal.

Revamping Contd. • It was decided that a pilot CoP on WGPD was to be launched by June 2018 • KSC informed on 30 May that revamped portal is functional • CoP WGPD launched on June 7 2018

Efforts to build a CoP of WGPD • Annual meeting of WGPD discussed the matter in right earnest • SAI India gave formal assent in November 2017 • Attended meeting in New Delhi in December 2017 • Shared my plan of action with secretariat in January 2018

Efforts contd. • Requested members in May 2018 to indicate topics for discussion • Requested members to join the portal and WGPD CoP • Three threads functional

Plan of action • To make full use of the functionality of the revamped portal • To sustain active discussions in the CoP, • To identify organisations and institutions active in public debt management and audit for better cooperation , • To post new contents in the CoP which will encourage discussions , • To encourage members to share best practices,
