and implemented 8 resident social outings 2x/month/neighborhood.
- 2013 – Added community reintegration and
discharge preparation outings on each neighborhood as needed.
- 2014 – Initiated outings for residents with
mobility and physical dependencies and individuals who have not participated in the past.
