The voluntary association "Erga Omnes" (Latin: for all) was founded in July 2011, thanks to the altruism of college students, recent graduates and professionals who have always believed in the strength of the group. Teamwork is an opportunity for global enrichment, for personal and professional growth, because through discussion and exchange of ideas we can give voice to all those who cannot find a space to express themselves and fullfil their own potential. "There are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why ... we dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" We believe in freedom, equality and participation of all members, democracy, legality, solidarity and pluralism. We carry out socio-cultural activities with the intention of helping students grow as human beings and citizens, through the ideal of continued education with special attention to those who are at a disadvantage or at risk of social exclusion.For this purpose, Erga Omnes promotes and maintains relationships with other associations and with public and private institutions, both nationally and internationally, in order to realize its intent, projects and initiatives. Occupation and Education According to European targets, Erga Omnes organizes several activities. Through the career guidance service, we give young unemployed the opportunity to benefit from social policies and job opportunities available in our territory. We help them to write their CVs and cover letters. In addition, we assist students of all ages in doing homework and other learning activities. We promote non-formal education that can empower youngsters in social inclusion, tolerance and active citizenship. Among our volunteers, there also Psychology graduates and lawyers who offer free counseling services. In order to promote continued education, Erga Omnes organises training courses, both theoretical and practical, through which people can acquire new professional skills. Research and innovation Thanks to a dedicated team, Erga Omnes is involved in social planning. In cooperation with other voluntary associations, we try to meet the needs of our community. Several projects have been completed about welcoming refugees, family support etc. Promoting volounteer's talents we aim at improving the social condition of our community. Furthermore, thanks to European funds we seek to transform ideas into new services that can encourage growth and innovation.
