ROI and Where Do You Start

Business Process When reviewing your business processes you are looking to achieve specific objectives:

  • Eliminate redundant processes
  • Improve information processing
  • Administrative efficiency

slide-29
SLIDE 29

ROI and Where Do You Start

Business Process Processes can be reviewed in the following manner

  • Define Process
  • Define Work-flow
  • Define Task-flow
  • Define Tools

The Goal of any system is to support your “business process”.
