your numbers’ check to help individuals develop a healthier lifestyle

  • Fruity Friday
  • Nutrition and portion size awareness
  • Quarterly MOT days
  • Open to all staff this is an opportunity to have cholesterol, blood pressure,

BMI and diabetes tests performed

identified and consistently monitored the areas which have caused the highest attendance incidence rates

  • The two main areas affecting our directorates are psychological and

non-work related musculoskeletal issues each averaging 42% of all management referrals received by Occupational Health

staff counselling

Management of Staff on Long Term Sickness Absence’
