  • Inspirational Summer Residential (5th-7th July 2019 and 25th-30th July

  • 3 cohort weekends
  • 3 one day learning events
  • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Mentoring from an experienced Head working in a similar context
  • Termly meeting with peer learning group
  • School placement

Year Two:

  • Inspirational Summer Residential (TBC in 2020)
  • 2 cohort weekends including careers guidance and support towards

gaining headship

  • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions and continued access to mentor
  • Study tour of schools in different contexts to help you learn from the
