(£3,000 altogether) Subsidy available: £500 (£1,000 altogether) for eligible schools

- Inspirational Summer Residential (5th-7th July 2019 and 25th-30th July
2019)
- 3 cohort weekends
- 3 one day learning events
- 6 one-to-one coaching sessions
- Mentoring from an experienced Head working in a similar context
- Termly meeting with peer learning group
- School placement
Year Two:
- Inspirational Summer Residential (TBC in 2020)
- 2 cohort weekends including careers guidance and support towards
gaining headship
- 6 one-to-one coaching sessions and continued access to mentor
