A truck box is made with:

  • 1 x Wall Box
  • 1 x plug RJ45 in front plate (For the link with the PC or the master

system)

  • 1 x DIADIS board (To control the external solenoid valve and collect

pulses)

  • 1 x power converter 24V (or 12V) / 220V (to provide a clean 24V to

the boards and power for options like Wi-Fi and GPRS)

  • Global power consumption is 800mA under 24V (truck battery). The

corresponding autonomy is 10 days with a 200Ah truck battery.

The truck is equipped with a bulk meter like SATAM ZC17 with VR7887 indicator (1) You need to add:

  • Pulser kit VR7671 (2)
  • Solenoid valve 2” (3)

Working principle

4

  • The truck box is generally configured in

“slave” mode.

  • This means it must be connected to the

master system to update the 2 data bases.

  • The advantage of this operating mode, is

that the access to the data located on the master terminal is permanent. Note: it is possible to configure the truck box in “Master” mode. But in this case the access to the data is only possible when the truck is back to the main location.

Typical sequence:

  • When the truck comes back to the

main location where the master terminal is installed, the truck box is connected to the master terminal via RJ45 for instance.

  • The truck box data base is updated

with the new data from the master terminal (new vehicles or drivers, for instance).

  • The master terminal data base is

updated with the transactions made by the truck box.

  • The main data base is located in the

master terminal (SDL, Compact, DiaBox).

  • The data base of the slave terminals

are synchronised with the master.

  • The slaves always work in stand alone

mode with their local data base.

  • The data base of the truck box and

master terminal are updated when the truck is back to the main location.
