About Us

Warren Brothers is a self performing general construction, facilities support & management and landscaping contracting firm operating since 1999. Warren Brothers is certified with the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) Small Minority Owned Disadvantage Business (SDB), with the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and with the Prince George’s County, MD Office of Central Services as a Local Small Disadvantage Business Enterprise (LSDBE). Warren Brothers provided construction services to the Peterson Companies for numerous retail and tenant spaces at the National Harbor, Fort Washington, MD. These projects required a fast track approach as the owner was required to deliver the space to the tenant within a constrained period of time. Through the utilization of our innovative construction management and scheduling system the space was delivered on time.

The Peterson Companies Tenant Readiness Program required selected firms to meet certain requirements and expectations prior to commencing work. Warren Brothers provided general construction, carpentry and maintenance repair services for Tetra Tech for 10 months during the construction of the Transient Wounded Warrior Lodge.
