Why a meta-catalogue ?

  • Planck provides well caracterised catalogues over the full sky but

limited range of redshift

  • SPT, ACT, AMI, Carma are lists of samples, part of the sky but

higher resolution, thus higher z

  • Overlap and complementarity between samples
  • Known clusters
  • complementary information, ease comparison, ...
  • Candidates
  • list with usefull info for FUs

Create a unique reference catalogue with homogenized quantities as MCXC (Piffaretti et al. 2011) is for Xray

Building meta-catalogue

  • Compile from litterature list of clusters and candidates
  • Use previous associations (eg. Planck catalogues)
  • Make positional association between lists + checks
  • Chose a reference coordinates (SPT>ACT>PSZ2>PSZ1>ESZ>AMI>CARMA)
  • Chose a reference redshift (spec>phot, PSZ1>)
  • Agregate informations from all experiments
  • Distribute and allow for query
  • szcluster-db.ias.u-psud.fr (Sitools) + VO

example of use

  • Scaling relation between

mass estimates of different experiments (PLCK/ACT/ SPT)

  • Indirect measure of the

compatible SZ signal seen by SPT and Planck as masses agree for the same cosmology

  • Tcmb(z)
  • other mass comparisons
