OOO "Spetsmash"(Limited Liability Company) was established in 2004, specializes in research and development (Russian National Classifier of Economic Activities code 72.19) and the production of agricultural and specialized equipment for the needs of municipal

• services. Four models of universal wheeled tractors are developed and

put in production. The company produces modern, not inferior to foreign analogues in quality and the comfort tractors adapted to operate in the harsh Russian climate, at a lower cost. In 2016, the founders of OOO "Spetsmash" created System design Bureau "Spetsmash", headed by the General Director Efremov

3 A brief history of the company

The company "Spetsmash" has not once participated in exhibitions of agricultural machinery occupying places of honor: laureate of the exhibition "Day of Russian Field – 2007, 1st place at the exhibition "Buy Russian" in Ivanovo, 2009. In the International agricultural exhibition Golden Niva-06, the company was awarded with Certificate for active and highly professional work. On the basis of the license agreement between OOO SDB "Spetsmash" and AO "Dagagrosnab" , in January 2013, a plant for assembly of tractors of "Tornado" model range (T11.36, T65.11, T85.11) for the needs of the Republic of Dagestan was built.

10 Certificates

The construction of tractors «Tornado» is combined, front load- bearing part is a fastening plate of the front axle, and the rear carrier part is the transmission housing. On all models «Tornado» diesel engines of our own design installed and manufactured at the Minsk engine plant. Tractor cab is safe frame. It is based on modern technologies. Cladding and the interior of the cabin are made of metal-filled plastic, as well as front and rear wings.

11 Structural description of the «Tornado» model range tractors

• 1. Transmission tractors «Tornado» has a better design and

provides the tractors in a wide range of speeds (T65.11A-8F/8R; T85.11A-12F/12R and 24/24).

• 2. Tractor «Tornado» installed semi-automatic gearbox, which

allows more convenient to produce work to the operator.

• 3. On tractors electronic intelligent system is introduced which

allows you to track metrics such as: location of the machine (GPS/GLONASS), control of fuel consumption, oil, temperature RJ GST, the internal combustion engine; pressure GTS, engine, etc. The system helps to detect faults in the car, to record the fact that the draining of fuel/oil, to determine the location of the equipment when it was stolen.
