The complex engineering performed is backed by experienced project management teams employing computerised planning and progress monitoring

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PAINT AND SANDBLAST

Sandblasting and spray painting done on site according to customer requirements

QUALITY SYSTEMS

A certified Quality Management System is in place in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (certification was performed by TUV Rheinland) and ISO 3834 Part 2 by Lloyds. In-house inspection department, reporting to the QA Manager, includes:

• QC Engineer certified by the SAQCC
• Inspectors of Pressurised Equipment certified by SAQCC
• NDT Technicians qualified to ASNT-TC-IA Level 2 (full-time)

Implemented a comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety Management System in line with current best practice.
