  14. Extended hours appointments Monday evenings until 7:00 p.m. Ideally these later appointments are for patients who have difficulty in attending during normal working hours. Since October, patients have been able to see Dr Kieran McCormack or Sister Julie Dady on Monday evenings until 7 p.m. for pre booked appointments under the Extended Hours access scheme. The practice does not offer a ‘walk - in’ service during Extended hours.

Out of Hours If you have a cough, sniffles a cold or sore throat, pop into a local pharmacy for quick health advice. or the Walk-In Centre at RSH is open from 8am-8pm every day This NHS campaign advises people to get the healthcare advice they need ASAP , to reduce emergency admissions to hospital and A&E.

PG is campaigning for an Bishop’s Castle PG Urgent Care Centre in Bishop’s Castle On 3 rd February at 7:00 p.m. a meeting will be held in the Public Hall, Bishops Castle. If successful, this could be an option for some of the patients in this practice who might prefer this to a journey to Shrewsbury UCC. www.nhsfuturefit.co.uk
