Background � Individuals with Disabilities are often marginalized… � Community integration is dependent on the extent to which an individual participates in activities of daily living in the normative community environment. � Access to transportation both is an ADL and supports participation in ADLs. � Transportation is a critical factor in community integration.
Purpose � The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Utah Transit Authority fixed-route bus and light-rail service patterns in the Wasatch Front and the spatial- temporal organization of individuals with disabilities’ activities of daily living across Utah’s Wasatch Front.
