Living a healthy life is important to live a long one. Exercise promotes better sleep, reduces tension and
depression, and increases energy and alertness.
SLIDE 5
I learned that I wasn’t eating right and didn’t do the exercises that are important in order to lose weight, get in shape and stay healthy. This project inspired me to exercise more, eat right and stay healthy.

After completing this project, I realized that anything is possible if I put my mind to it. I gained a deeper interest in leading a healthy life by becoming more aware of my diet and my limited exercise.
