WEEKLY HEALTH MESSAGES

• SHAC’s recommendation is for weekly health

messages communicated through school announcements, newsletters and websites

• Each message will provide a link for further

information and resources

• These messages provide students and parents with

weekly health tips for physical and mental wellness
