CONCLUSIONS

∠ It is good to attempt ambitious process improvements:

– Can require substantial efgort and co-ordination. – May throw up novel challenges that require thoughtful solutions. – Benefits are significant and long-lasting.

∠ But quick wins are just as worth pursuing:

– May not look impressive, but repeated small benefits add up. – Time savings, less irritation . . .
