Overview

The School Improvement Plan is an annual plan that benchmarks the strategic work identified for the following school year. It aligns with the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan: Excellence for All: A Medway Mindset in that the goals and metrics are mirrored in the School Improvement Plan. There is recognition that Strategic Plans contain elements that require long term commitments

  • f time to remediate.

Annual School Improvement Plans should provide both benchmarks towards meeting the longer term goals of Strategic Plans as well as specific action steps that will be taken during a given year. While there are plans and action steps dedicated to each of the goals of the Strategic Plan for the 2019-20 school year, we have highlighted the work connected with these areas.
