D. Long term transactions confirmed at 08:30 CET cannot be changed

later during the day. Schedule response starts at 14:00 CET D-1 for day D. Identical transactions submitted by using daily capacity to EMS and NOSBIH cannot be changed after 14:00 CET D-1 for day D!

Only market participants who has a valid and effective balance responsibility contract with EMS and fulfills the “1:1” registration are allowed to use allocated capacity (BRP with defined exclusive cross- border partner on RS-BA border).

Scheduling system at 12:30 CET D-2. Daily capacity for day D is available in Scheduling system at 11:30 CET D-1. Official “1:1” registration (registered exclusive cross-border partner) form is in Serbian. It is possible to fulfill the registration with Serbian EIC on both sides.

Intraday capacity allocation is going to be done by

NOSBIH. Schedule must be nominated up to 60 minutes

after receiving of Intraday CAI on NOSBIH side. Transactions which involve BA and HU or RO border should be submitted by using 34X-DEBALANS---H.

KOSTT is changing its code to 10XRKS-KOSTT-007 starting from 01.01.2015. In 2015 we expect KOSTT to become Control Area Operator, but not before 01.03.2015. This would cause a new border.
