 Design needs to include pre-assembled pieces  Able to be couriered (driven) to Dock 52 on the day of the parade  Include desired lighting in various sections of the boat  Reminder there is only 90 minutes TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME for

execution of the design on the day of the parade

 Email will be sent to 2019 Naturalists & 2020 prospective Naturalists

and will include the “Holiday Parade Design Submission Package”

 We are hopeful that there are multiple entries, prompting a contest

utilizing an anonymous online survey/vote

 90 Minutes to transform the Matt Walsh  2019 Theme: “Kids Make Holidays Bright”  Design Contest submissions are due by midnight 11/5/19  Entries will be presented at WW meeting 11/6/19  Anonymous voting online will begin after the WW meeting via email  Results will be revealed in 1st Parade planning conference call on

Thursday evening starting 11/7/2019 at 8 pm

 Design results will be emailed & updated at WW meeting  TICKETS WILL GO ON SALE

 VOLUNTEERS will get priority
