Saodat Milk Factory was founded and commissioned in 2007 at a processing capacity of 10 tons of milk per shift. Latest state-of-the-art Hungarian milk and dairy production line with automated control system was purchased and installed. Process lines are designed for production of high quality products meeting international standards. Realizing their responsibility, the factory staff pays thorough attention to quality of raw milk and final products. This enables the factory to exclusively receive and process pure and healthy raw material. Raw milk suppliers are required to submit certificates proving absence of infectious diseases at farms. Factory’s laboratory performs all necessary chemical and microbial tests on raw material and finished

• products. The laboratory is equipped with required equipment. Analyses are

carried out by highly qualified personnel. The entire production is released with a certificate of quality.

The management team of the factory puts a strong focus on quality and diversification of production. Creating favourable working conditions and introduction of new equipment and technology are also among top priorities. The factory has all the necessary facilities for productive functioning of its labour. It employs a total of 120 staff. There is a medical center within the factory to provide quick medical aid to

• employees. Particular attention is paid to safety issues. One time hot

meals are provided. Employees get free passes to recreation facilities within the republic. Employees’ efforts are rewarded through bonus

• packages. Wages are periodically reviewed towards increase and

employees may receive financial aid as needed. Employees can buy all necessary food products at discounted prices in brand stores within the factory.

Saodat Milk Factory owns a dairy farm in Khuroson

district of Khatlon province, 60 km away from

• Dushanbe. Dairy cattle was acquired in Iran and

Germany. To further improve the quality of its productions, the factory needs additional qualified specialists, modern laboratory equipment, international study tours.
