BEFORE YOU BEGIN… • This guide is intended for existing RSA SecurWorld Partners. • You will not be able to access RSA Partner Central until you have fully signed the SecurWorld Terms and Conditions. • If you are experiencing issues at any time, contact RSA by opening a case. This can also be done by emailing the appropriate alias for your region, shown below: • Americas: SecurWorld.Americas@rsa.com • EMEA: SecurWorld.EMEA@rsa.com • APJ: SecurWorld.APJ@rsa.com 2

REGISTRATION • Enter RSAPartnerCentral.com into your web browser. • Click on “ Customers, Suppliers and RSA Partners register here” to continue. 4

REGISTRATION • Complete the form on the next page, enter the security code and click Next . A validation code will be sent to your email. *Note: Only use your company or business email address. 5

REGISTRATION • Enter your Validation Code on the next page and create a password. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to indicate that you agree. Click Next when finished. 6

CHOOSING YOUR COMPANY IF A SIN GLE C OMPA N Y PR OFILE MATC H IS FOU N D • You will be redirected to the site home page. In this case, click here to skip the next few slides and proceed to ‘Email Notification & Activation’ IF N O OR MU LTIPLE C OMPA N Y MATC H ES A R E FOU N D • You will be directed to choose a company. In this case, continue to the next slide. *Note: We advise that you wait at least 10 minutes for the company information you enter to be attached to your account. 8

MULTIPLE COMPANY MATCHES • Click on Choose Your Company . 9

MULTIPLE COMPANY MATCHES • Enter the Search criteria necessary to find your company and click Refine . Locate the company profile you wish to select and click Select . Choose the closest match for your company – location does not need to be exact . • You will return to the Choose Your Company page and the selected company will display in the Company Information field. Click Next (screen not shown) to be redirected to the site homepage. 10

NO COMPANY MATCHES • If no company matches were found after searching for your company, select the option which best describes your relationship with DellEMC (on the Choose your Company page). Depending on your selection, you will be presented with follow-up questions.  Next, click Choose Your Company . Enter the Search criteria necessary to refine the search results and locate the company profile you wish to select. Click Refine – you may click the Submit Company Information link to manually enter company information (if not found in search results list) and click Done to submit. Then click Select . You will return to the Choose Your Company page and the selected company will display in the Company Information field. Click Next . You will now receive an email notification with further instructions. 11

EMAIL NOTIFICATION • Partner will receive an email notification from noreply@rsa.com . Click the “Activate Here” link to proceed. *Note: If you are not authenticated on DellEMC Network, the link will direct to DellEMC FIM login. After authentication takes place, link will direct to the Salesforce.com activation page (next slide). 13

ACTIVATION • Once you click the activation link, you will be brought to a new page. Click the “ Activate ” button. *Note: If you are not authenticated on DellEMC Network, the link will direct to DellEMC FIM login. After authentication takes place, link will direct to the Salesforce.com activation page (next slide). 14

ACTIVATION • You will be brought to the RSA Partner Central homepage. *Note: Some users will see a different set of tabs, depending on their user profiles. 15
