FLOORING Prior to installing internal flooring (parquet or tiles), high performance foam concrete is applied of an average thickness of 8cm, offering better sound and heat insulation. Moreover, a specialised membrane material is installed prior to the flooring for additional sound proofing. The living and dining room, the corridors, the kitchen and the basement will be fitted with Granite Ceramic tiles, gloss or mat of "A" quality, worth €40 /m2. All bathrooms/showers will be fitted with wall ceramic tiles (from floor to ceiling) with decorative strips worth €40 /m2. On bathroom/shower floors there will be 1 special light-fitting installed.
