Highlights of ForeverDads - Muskingum

 Website and Social Media utilizing key ways of marketing to constituents, provides ease of program registration, and serves as information center for agencies, courts and community partners.  MVHC (Muskingum Valley Health Center) referral and delivery site for Boot Camp for New Dads.  Funding dollars through Dollar General Literacy Foundation made possible the father engagement project, Everybody Loves F.R.E.D. (fathers reading every day) with added support from Scholastic Books.  The Restored Citizens Network strengthened our service work with those we presently serve at Noble Correctional, aiding the additional support in funding to expand our service availability as well as community partnership addressing recidivism.

Highlights of ForeverDads – Perry County

 Creation of a Fatherhood Advisory Team – an outgrowth of prior OCF Community Mobilization funding and the leadership support of ForeverDads, coupled with Luann Cooperrider – judge of the Probate & Juvenile Court serving on the ForeverDads Board of Directors strengthened the forward momentum.  Fatherhood Workshop is conducted each year providing information and referral to resources.  Literacy focus for fathers and their children, in partnership with the Perry County District Library bringing in a local author.  Conducted father-focused resource times with Job & Family Services addressing Child Support cases.  Conducted Boot Camp for New Dads in partnership with the Perry County District Library, local businesses and the Perry County Juvenile Court.  Held special community movie nights to engage fathers, children and their families.

Highlights of ForeverDads - Guernsey

 Website and Social Media utilizing key ways of marketing to constituents, provides ease of program registration, and serves as information center for agencies, courts and community partners.  Southeastern Med served as delivery site for Boot Camp for New Dads in partnership with Guernsey County Children's Services which also provided an outreach Baby Shower for New Mom’s, supported by United Healthcare.  Recipient of the June Responsible Fatherhood Grant to provide a focused engagement of dads, kids, families and community agencies and resources in a celebration format.  Development of an Advisory Team to begin the solidification of a permanent coalition in Guernsey County.  Loaned staff member, Eric Hare of Allwell Behavioral Healthcare Services is designated as Team Leader for ForeverDads – Guernsey.
