Internal RER - RER = Pt / Pn where Pt = prices of tradables Pn = prices of nontradables ทําไมตองรูเกี่ยวกับ RER • เครื่องมือวัดความสามารถในการแขงขันเพราะคํานึงถึงการ เปลี่ยนแปลงของราคาภายในประเทศ • สามารถวัดถึงการจัดสรรทรัพยากรระหวางภาคการผลิต • สามารถวดถงการจดสรรทรพยากรระหวางภาคการผลต โดยเฉพาะภาคที่มีการคาและที่ไมคาระหวางประเทศ • ในบริบทของวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ RER ถูกนํามาใชในการวัด ความลอแหลมที่ประเทศจะเกิดวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ การวัด RER • มี 3 ประเด็นที่ตองพิจารณาในการวัด External RER 1. อะไรคือตัวแทนระดับราคา - ดัชนีราคาผูบริโภค (Consumer Price Index) - ดัชนีราคาผูผลิต (Wholesale/Producer Price Index) - GDP deflator (Nominal/Real GDP) - Unit labor costs 1
