• An ¡Asylum ¡Seeker ¡is ¡a ¡person ¡who ¡has ¡leE ¡his/

her ¡country ¡of ¡origin/birth ¡to ¡seek ¡refugee ¡in ¡a ¡ foreign ¡country. ¡ ¡

• This ¡person ¡will ¡be ¡granted ¡an ¡asylum ¡

seeker’s ¡permit ¡(Sec<on ¡22) ¡while ¡wai<ng ¡for ¡ their ¡refugee ¡status ¡to ¡be ¡confirmed. ¡ ¡

• A ¡Refugee ¡carries ¡a ¡Sec<on ¡24 ¡permit. ¡

• Provision ¡of ¡social ¡services: ¡shelter, ¡water, ¡

health ¡care, ¡education ¡etc ¡

• A ¡possible ¡change ¡from ¡urban ¡integration ¡to ¡

encampment ¡or ¡a ¡mixture ¡of ¡both ¡

• The ¡need ¡to ¡address ¡rela<ons ¡with ¡the ¡local ¡
