§ Important Dates: § June 1 – staff allowed in RCI (final clean up/set up) § June 8 – students allowed in RCI (students will be notified Administration on how this will roll out – PLEASE do not just show up) Update § June 12 – Final assignments due * all dates subject to Covid § June 12 -18 – Catch up Week regulations in place § June 25 – Final Report Cards printed § June 26 – Final Report Cards mailed § July 1-10 –Admin/Office finalize Closing, Opening & other

§ What We Know: § Books can be kept until full reopening – no late fees § June 1 – Drop boxes open at 70 TPL branches, including Toronto Public Jane/Dundas branch Library Update § June 8 – Curbside pickups available at some branches (see tpl.ca/curbside for latest info) Kara Miley, TPL § Overdrive’s digital collection is available to all with temporary access card (no new library cards) § Go to tpl.ca re: online programming available for all ages

§ What We Know § Students allowed in school starting the week of June 8 to clear out lockers, return books, etc. NOTE: Safety protocols are being created – Please do not come to the Year-End school until notified by email on time/place. Paul Edwards § Prom & Graduation postponed until larger gatherings are permitted § Year-end awards for Grades 9-11 are recognized the following Fall semester; this will continue
