– Better align resources with strategic priorities and objectives of the organization – Improve transparency and rigour (for greater accountability) – Improve staff/public ownership of decision making process

  • MLHU has been able to reallocate over $7 million of our

$35 million dollar budget to maximize the impact our services have on the community.
