CONCEPT
The Russian economy is undergoing a digital transformation. Using new technologies, which are based on working with data in digital form, gives business new tools for revenue growth, investment efficiency, and labor
- productivity. Today, humanity is moving to a new stage in the development
- f civilization, moving from the information age to the digital one.
If previous technologies provided a human with information for making decisions, today they allow him to receive raw data, process it, propose solutions and put them into practice without his participation. Moreover, excluding a human from decision-making, it is important not to forget that it is a human who should be the beneficiary of all transformations. Da Data is the su subje ject ct o

his vital ne needs. Information, including in digital form, is already widely used in the economy. But only when the data begins to control the processes in the enterprise, become the basis of the business, we can talk about digital transformation, that "information has become data." Da Data becomes the foundation of the di digital al economy an and d this gives us the oppo pportunity to interconnect di different te technol

The influence of digital technologies on all aspects of life is only growing, and at the same time, competition is increasing, both for the search for better solutions and for the establishment of new regulatory standards. Moreover, the role of human in the economy is radically changing. Previously, technology was definitely FOR a person. Perhaps the time will come when a human will be FOR technology. How to maintain a balance and find such a vector for the development of technologies that technologies are always FOR a human and this balance is not violated.
